I work at a gym and love to workout. I also enjoy football, basketball, wrestling and track and field. I also love to cook and just relax. Being healthy isn't just a hobby, it's a way of life. I started working out at the gym in 2001. I immediately realized that this is what I wanted to specialize in. Every day is a new day to improve my diet, improve my technique, or increase the weights to a level I hadn't reached before. There is a rush that comes when pushing my body to a new limit that beats any other kind of adrenaline thrill. When I look in the mirror, it isn't because I'm satisfied with how my body looks, it's to scrutinize and decide what I need to push next to gain more muscle in a certain region. The competition I feel isn't with others, it's with my current self and the future that I want my body to achieve. I have dreams to participated in body building competitions and know what it takes to be able to compete.
